Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Some items like personalized products or perishable goods cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, log into your account, go to "My Orders," select the order you want to return, and click "Return Item." Follow the instructions to print a return label and ship the item back to us.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
