  • Items in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Products with proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • Defective or damaged items (with photos)

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

Original Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Store Credit

Choose store credit for faster processing. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Exchanges

Exchange Process

We offer free exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you'd like to exchange for a different size, color, or style, follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a return through your account
  2. Select "Exchange" as the return reason
  3. Choose the new item you'd like
  4. We'll ship the new item once we receive the original

Price Differences

  • If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, you'll receive store credit for the difference
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of original purchase

Special Cases

Gift Returns

If you received a gift and would like to return it, you have two options:

  • The original purchaser can initiate the return through their account
  • You can contact our customer service with the order number and gift receipt
  • Refunds for gifts will be issued as store credit unless otherwise specified

International Returns

International customers can return items following the same process, but please note:

  • Return shipping fees apply for all international returns
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Allow additional time for processing international returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • No return shipping required in most cases
