We cannot ship the following items due to shipping carrier restrictions or legal requirements:

Size and Weight Limits

  • Maximum package weight: 70 lbs (31.75 kg)
  • Maximum package dimensions: 108 inches in combined length and girth
  • Oversized items may require special shipping arrangements

Tracking Your Order

How to Track

  1. Log into your City of Mart account
  2. Navigate to "My Orders"
  3. Find your order and click "Track Order"
  4. Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website

Tracking Updates

You'll receive email notifications at key stages of your shipment:

  • Order confirmation
  • Order processed
  • Order shipped with tracking number
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered

Common Delivery Issues

Package Not Delivered

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with family members or neighbors
  • Look around your property (porch, back door, mailbox)
  • Wait 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and items
  • Do not dispose of the packaging
  • Contact our customer service within 48 hours
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

Wrong Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately if the order hasn't shipped
  • If the order has shipped, we'll try to intercept it
  • If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us
  • We can reship to the correct address (additional fees may apply)
